James Hatch is truly one of the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. We purchased a unit in Stuart, Florida, a process that took about one year. Jim was always there sending us new properties, alerting us to new properties as they came on the market and the consummate professional. When I called Jim I knew I could count on a return call back almost immediately and Jim always had the answer. If not, he would find out and get back to me again almost immediately. Most real estate agents I have experience with have very little integrity. Jim IS the exception to that rule. He is a native Floridian and knows the area very well (He showed us most of it before we bought our house!).
